    Wayne’s executive background includes, Global Director of Automotive Solutions at Sedgwick, Vice President of Sales of a laser diagnostic company and Head of Sales and Operations for ALLDATA a global automotive software and services company. Experienced in developing solutions to global brands including the development of a collision solution transforming the way vehicles are estimated and repaired after an accident ensuring a safe and effective repair.  Wayne’s education includes Regis University in Denver, CO followed by Vanderbilt’s Owen School of Management in Nashville, TN.  He resides in Camano Island, WA with his wife and two children where he enjoys the outdoors, boating, camping, hunting, fishing and horseback riding.
