With over 17 years of experience, Elizabeth spent a decade as an Aviation Insurance Broker with McGriff, Seibels & Williams, before transitioning to her current role at Boeing. For the past seven years, she has overseen risk management strategies for Boeing’s Commercial, Defense, and Services divisions, providing enterprise-wide expertise in managing contractual risk and insurance across global operations. Kathy has 30+ years of commercial insurance experience with the past 20 yrs exclusively in aviation insurance. Based in the Wichita office, Kathy’s team is responsible for the department’s placing of aviation business for all IMA offices.   Her expertise goes beyond placement of coverage to include risk management strategies for owned and non-owned aircraft, unmanned aerial systems,  aircraft products liability, airport liability and hangarkeepers, workers compensation and other aircraft related exposures.  Experienced in placements for Freight Hauling companies, FBOs, Aircraft Dealers, Aircraft Management Companies, Flight Instruction facilities, Flying Clubs, Agriculture Aircraft,  Rentals, Manufacturers of Aircraft Products.  The great relationships she has built with the Aviation Insurance Underwriters and the vast aviation knowledge brings the most value when negotiating terms for clients   Works with Aviation Attorneys in setting up lease contracts.   While not a pilot herself, her husband and son are both private pilots and have owned numerous aircraft.  In addition to the insurance experience, Kathy and her husband owned a manufacturing business which gives a unique perspective to how she handles her client’s business.
